Awakening, Healing, and Liberation - The Intuitive Path to Yourself
Awakening, Healing, and Liberation
The Intuitive Path to Yourself
Jean Jacques
In each of us lies a deep source – the gut feeling, the heart feeling, the deep intuition, the inner voice that guides us when we are ready to listen.
This inner space is ourselves, and our intuition is our compass that gives us orientation, leads us, provides hints, and lets us recognize.
Awakening begins with turning toward this inner space – in stillness and awareness, through mindful going inward and listening.
It means awareness:
Simply being, simply being open, and being aware of everything that is, just as it is.
Practicing this more and more, more often and better, in everything we do and undertake – being aware and remaining aware.
It means being with yourself:
And being aware of everything that is in you, just as it is.
And seeing, feeling, and sensing what is in you.
Taking the space and time to simply be and be with yourself, and celebrating, enjoying, and using this being and being-with-yourself for reflection on your self, your inner space, and the world.
It means reflecting on yourself:
Your own actions, your own thoughts, your own feelings.
We compare them with the innermost core of our being and check:
"Does what I do, what I feel, what I think, align with what I feel, am, and know in my innermost self? – or do I need to change it accordingly and adjust it to the inner space?"
Thus arises change, change in us, and change in our life.
This change is at the same time growth of our essence, our maturity, our consciousness, our abilities, and our knowledge.
Which become ever clearer, purer, lighter, simpler, more natural, more genuine, more comprehensive, more versatile, broader, higher, and deeper.
Change and growth that can happen because you yourself are the change and the growth.
This requires courage – courage to walk your own path, even when obstacles await: expectations of others, societal prescriptions, old habits, stress, pressure, and conditioning, but also inner restlessness, distraction, and overload with ideas, beliefs, assumptions, knowledge.
Courage to overcome all these obstacles, to let go and leave them behind, to create space, room, time, and stillness for yourself and for the new.
And courage to venture into the unknown, what you do not know, do not see, do not feel, to be open for the new that comes when you let go of the old, and you change through it.
It means rising again and again when doubts, fears, or resistances come, and consistently being intuitive and following the heart.
And never losing courage and always trusting yourself, your inner space, your heart, and life – and believing in the positive in life.
It means committing to change, reinventing yourself again and again, renewing and deepening your knowledge again and again, and replacing it more and more with genuine, deep insights and realizations.
Letting your awareness become ever broader, more open, and deeper, and letting your inner space and intuition become ever more comprehensive, more diverse, and clearer, and living, shaping, and using them more vividly, more often, and more intensely.
This path is alive, devoted, and loving.
It calls on us to be authentic, to take responsibility for ourselves, to make our decisions consciously, to put our inner realizations into action, and to be mindful and gentle with everything that lives.
Every single step, every small change in you and around you, is an expression of your freedom – the freedom to be more conscious, more connected, more alive, in harmony with ourselves and the world, and to live that way.
Healing and liberation arise when we begin to live, begin to love, and be natural, and when we take ourselves and our inner space seriously and use it as a guide.
When we learn to listen to our heart,
to trust our own intuition,
to heed the gut feeling, the deep intuition, the inner voice that shows us the way and lets us recognize things.
When we allow ourselves to pause, to perceive, to reflect, and to act mindfully.
And the more we do this, the stronger our aliveness, lightness, genuineness, consciousness, freedom, and healing become.
We feel connected to life, to nature, to other people – and to ourselves.
Over time, we recognize more and more that the wisdom and truth we seek never lay anywhere outside, but always only within ourselves.
The intuitive path is not an easy path.
It demands courage, trust, love, and devotion.
Yet it is the path to healing, awakening, and liberation – to the return to your own power, your own freedom, the full life that you may be and live.
